Anthony Davis Speaks Out About The Challenges On Guarding Nikola Jokic

A big man battle between Anthony Davis and Nikola Jokic is worthy of all the hype. The two players have been playing exceptionally well inside the bubble and are constantly providing their team with plenty of options on offense. 

These playoffs, Davis is currently averaging 27.6 points, 10.9 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game on 58.6% shooting from the field, while Jokic has 25.4 points, 10.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game averages to go along with 51.5% field goal percentage.

Ahead of their matchup in the Western Conference Finals, Davis now spoke about the challenges of guarding the versatile Serbian big man.

“He’s a tough guy to guard… able to shoot the ball, he can pass extremely well. He can go in the post. There are a lot of ways he can beat you.”
