Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Story Of Shaq Eating 10 Meals For Lunch At Planet Hollywood Before NBA Game

When the New York Knicks played the Orlando Magic at Madison Square Garden in the early 90s, Arnold Schwarzenegger sat court side to watch the widely awaited matchup between Shaquille O’Neal and Patrick Ewing.

Arnie also gave an interview for the MSG TV-feed and shared the story of meeting Shaquille O’Neal for the first time. The actor, who would later become the governor of California, revealed that Shaq came to visit one of his Planet Hollywood restaurants in New York City for lunch, and ate 10 full meals before the game.

“He came over to today to Planet Hollywood an he ate there, his lunch, and I’m telling you, the waitresses went and kept feeding the food one meal after the other. He must have eaten like 10 meals. It was just staggering the way this guy devoured…”
