Austin Rivers To Fan Sitting Courtside: “Shut The F**k up”

The Los Angeles Clippers definitely didn’t have the best possible start to this (still) young NBA season. First, their point guards Milos Teodosic and Patrick Beverley got injured, then, the team’s superstar Blake Griffin joined his two guards on the injury list.

This is the reason other players have to step up during the absence of the actual team leaders. One of them is Austin Rivers. Rivers has always been a good offensive player who doesn’t hesitate to shoot. But the Clippers’ problem isn’t their offense, but their defense. Unfortunately for the team, Rivers is one of the league’s worst defenders and gets torched on defense regularly.

This is beginning to take its toll on Rivers, as his frustration level seems to be rising on the daily. Last night, it seemingly boiled over, when he had some graphic words for a fan sitting courtside.

Unfortunately for Rivers, the microphones pick it up and he probably already knows what will be coming; a hefty fine from the league.
