Charles Barkley Says The Milwaukee Bucks Are Going To Win The NBA Championship

The Milwaukee Bucks beat the Brooklyn Nets in Game 7 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. Injuries to Kyrie Irving and James Harden played a part in defining Brooklyn’s season, but credit still has to be given to the Bucks for beating a team led by one of the best scorers in NBA history in Kevin Durant.

Now, NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley had quite of a reaction after seeing the Nets get knocked off in the NBA playoffs. Being as confident as ever, Barkley asserted that he never thought the Durant-led Nets were going to win this year’s NBA championship regardless of injuries, and with the Bucks coming out on top, Barkley has become more adamant on which team is about to take home the Larry O’Brien trophy.

There’s still a lot of competition left at this stage of the playoffs, but as teams gear further along the road to the NBA Finals, Barkley is already looking forward to seeing Giannis and the Bucks win the NBA championship. 

“I never thought they were gonna win a championship. The Milwaukee Bucks are going to win the world championship.”
