Clippers Give Out More Money To Fans Coming Early Than To Fans Making Shots In The Dark

We’ve previously reported that the Clippers, in order to start games in front of a crowded arena, have started an initiative that has them give away $10,000 to one fan at each game for the rest of the month of November.

To participate, fans have to be in the arena at least 15 minutes before tip off while wearing Clippers colors.

So there was one lucky fan winning $10k by coming early again, during the Clippers game against the Timberwolves last night.

The funny thing is, that with this initiative, the Clippers are giving out more money to fans who simply show up early, than to fans who drain trick shots during the in-game entertainment slots.

Just like last night, when one guy made a three point shot in the dark, for $5,000.
