Craig Sager Finally Able To Cash In Cubs Bet After 35 Years

Sideline reporting legend Craig Sager has apparently bet on the Cubs to win the world series for 35 years straight. In December 2015, he put down another 1000$  for the Cubs to win it all, and it finally paid off.

To put the icing on the cake, literally, the Cubs’ victory fell on the same date with a birthday and a successful procedure. Craig Sager’s son, Craig Sager II tweeted:

“Just two Cubs fans celebrating a successful procedure, a birthday & a WORLD SERIES in the same day!!!!”
