DeMarcus Cousins Threatens Reporter- ‘Don’t Talk About My Fu**ing Brother’

DeMarcus Cousins went off on Sacramento Bee columnist Andy Furillo the other night. Furillo wrote an article on DeMarcus Cousins, Matt Barnes and Cousins’ Brother’s incident at New York City’s Avenue Club were they reportedly have choked a woman and punched her boyfriend. In this article, Furillo also mentioned another incident with the Cousins brothers at a nightclub in Tampa, which ended with DeMarcus’ brother Jaleel being tazered and arrested. This is what seemed to set Cousins off. Andy Furillo and DeMarcus Cousins’ altercation took place on Monday, before the King’s game and apparently was the first time Cousins and Furillo met since the column was published.  Cousins stared down the reporter and walked up to him, standing over him in a threatening way saying:

“We’re going to have some real fu**ing issues. Don’t ever mention my brother again.”

He continued to yell and insult the reporter, until fellow King Garrett Temple had to get between them, as well as Kings spokesman Chris Clark who tried Cousins to stop it.

Cousins also called Furillo a coward. But the reporter stood his ground. He just simply reported about a story. Very immature and disrespectful from DeMarcus Cousins, who finally should grow up.
