Donovan Mitchell Gifts Cancer Survivor His Game-Worn Sneakers 

So far this season, Donovan Mitchell has been the best addition to any team in the NBA, by a landslide.

Mitchell has helped to Cavs to an 8-1 start with his 31.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game. With Mitchell rostered, the young, promising team from the Key City has looked like a real contender.

But Mitchell isn’t only great on the court, but also off the court. Before a recent game, Mitchell met a Cavs fan who had just beat cancer. He took a photo with him and promised him his shoes, which he delivered post-game.
