Draymond Green Explains Why Centers Should Root For The Lakers Against Rockets

Draymond Green, who has been very outspoken about this year’s NBA playoffs, has weighed in on the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets second-round matchup and shared some interesting insight about today’s NBA centers.

As a known fact, the Rockets are playing a small-ball lineup that features a natural forward PJ Tucker at center position. This, while going against the Lakers who play more of a traditional big-man lineup that involves Anthony Davis, JaVale McGee and Dwight Howard.

According to Green, big centers except the top-tier big men like Joel Embiid, Karl Anthony-Towns and Nikola Jokic should be rooting for the Lakers as the future and value of big-men is at stake if the Rockets win the series.

All big centers not named Joel, KAT, and Joker should be cheering hard for the lakers right now. If Houston take this series it’s going to hurt the value of the big man even more.
