Draymond Green Had To Laugh About Dave Chappelle’s Joke About His Name
The master of comedy, Dave Chappelle, is back. His current Netflix special has a skit about Rachel Dolezal identifying as black. Dolezal admitted she was born to white parents but said she identified as black. In his skit, Chappelle says he’d only support Dolezal’s ‘blackness’ if she changed her name to a name that also sounds black.
As an example, he used the name of an NBA All-Star who’s name, according to Chapelle, is “the blackest sh*t I’ve ever heard” – Draymond Green.
“You have to change your name to Draymond Green. I don’t know a blacker name than that. That sh*t is black on paper. I you type ‘Draymond Green’ into AirBnB, that sh*t will log off automatically.”
Apparently, Green saw the skit and had to laugh about it, as well. He responded to Chapelle saying that he just named his son ‘Draymond’.
