Shortly after the Los Angeles Lakers eliminated the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of their second-round playoff series, Warriors icon Draymond Green turned to his podcast where he discussed a range of basketball-related topics, including the upcoming Western Conference Finals.

The Lakers will face the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, and basketball pundits are already laying down their predictions. Likewise, Draymond already knows which team will be the last team standing in the Western Conference.

While the outspoken Warriors veteran commented that the Nuggets will come out ready, he believes that the Lakers will eventually take out the Nikola Jokic-led team in six games to punch a ticket to the NBA Finals.

“It’ll be a good series,” Green said. “Ultimately, Denver is ready, man. I think Denver is ready, like Denver is taking that next step, they’re doing it, we’re watching it … but I think we’re going to have a rerun of 2020. And I think the Lakers will take it. I got the Lakers and I got the Lakers in 6. Closing out at home in six.”
