Dwyane Wade Thinks Stephen Curry Deserves A Spot On The Mount Rushmore Of NBA Greats

There’s not much to question regarding Stephen Curry’s status as an all-time great. He’s a two-time MVP, an eight-time All-Star, an eight-time All-NBA member, and is the NBA’s all-time leader in three-pointers made.

He has also collected three NBA championship trophies and could potentially add another one at the conclusion of the NBA Finals. Curry is definitely one of the greatest players in the NBA and is still a multi-time NBA champion no matter the outcome of their NBA Finals series.

This time around, Curry has been nothing short of spectacular as he carries the team at his back in their series against the Boston Celtics, averaging 34.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game on 50.0% shooting from the field.

He has been drawing a lot of attention for his production this series, especially after he put up a 43-point offensive explosion in Game 4 to lead his team to victory. Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade was one person who offered some high praise for Curry in the wake of his masterful performance.

Commenting on SLAM’s Instagram post, Wade suggested that there should be a room for Curry on the Mount Rushmore of NBA greats.

“Expanding the Mount Rushmore and making room for this bad MFer is the only conversation, and that should be going around about Stephen Wardell Curry. Sincerely Dwyane Wade.”
