Dwyane Wade’s Touching Message To Kobe Bryant

There has been an awful lot of buzz around Kobe’s person in the last couple of days, without him actually doing or saying anything.

First, it was rumored that he was coming out of retirement to play alongside James, for one final stint with the Lakers, now the co-founder of the BIG 3 said that Kobe would join the league next season.

Bryant, who retired after the 2015-16 season, is one of the greatest players to ever play this game. He will go down as one of the best shooting guards in NBA history (most likely #2 behind Michael Jordan). Bryant’s successor and possibly the third best shooting guard in NBA history, Dwyane Wade, now posted a very touching message to Kobe on his Instagram:

Black Mamba 🐍!!! I remember watching him closely when i in high school, college and the NBA. This dude was UnReal! I remember the day i heard he was retiring and selfishly i thought Nooooooo. Who will i have to chase?Who stats will i’d check as soon as my game ends? I knew inside I’ll never be the same when he retired. A lot of y’all forget very easy that this dude was an absolute BEAST! @kobebryant thank you for your greatness!
