Former Teammate Of Both, LeBron James And Michael Jordan Reveals Who Is The GOAT

LeBron James winning the 2020 NBA Championship and the Finals MVP award this past season obviously reignited the never-ending GOAT debate

Ever since James won his 4th title, the NBA world basically hasn’t stopped talking about LeBron James or Michael Jordan. While James already had a fighting chance in the debate before the Finals, winning another ring just strengthened his case.

Then again, Michael Jordan’s case also is very strong. He’s been the greatest basically forever, and his 6-0 Finals records speaks for itself.

While I’ve been team Jordan, and still am, I have to admit that the debate is closer now than ever before, and I really can’t and won’t blame anyone who’s siding with LeBron James.

Now, former NBA player Larry Hughes voiced his opinion on the controversial topic. But unlike others, very few people seem more competent to answer the question, as he was teammates with both, LeBron James and Michael Jordan, over the course of his career.

Per HoopsHype:

“MJ is the greatest basketball player of all-time, in my eyes. If we look at the Jumpman symbol, LeBron is right there on his shoe. That’s really how I look at it. He’s not too far behind. If I had to answer then I’d say MJ. But I’m never going to discredit what LeBron is doing. It’s just a different time. I give credit where it’s due.”
