George Karl Throws Shade At DeMarcus Cousins Once Again

George Karl is one of the biggest coaching legends in NBA history and also one of only nine coaches in league history to have won 1,000 games.

After a very successful tenure as the head coach of the Denver Nuggets his last coaching station with the Sacramento Kings didn’t have his career end on the best terms.

After signing a four year contract in 2015, coach Karl was fired by the Kings after one disappointing season in which the Kings went 33–49. He was only one game shy from coaching his 2,000th game in the NBA.

In Sacramento, Karl, and the team’s star DeMarcus Cousins were never able to see eye to eye again after Karl pushed to have Cousins traded, even going as far as making calls around the league. Cousins wasn’t traded and the two became arch-nemesis. When asked which player he disliked the most, as couple of years back, coach Karl didn’t talk around the bush and went straight for the kill, immediately naming Cousins.

While time heals all wounds, his Sacramento exit might still be too present for Karl, who now, 4 years later took another shot a Cousins. Funny enough that a 70-year old Hall of Fame coach is slandering a former player on Social Media using emojis.
