Goran Dragic Shares Difference Between Playing Against Giannis Antetokounmpo And Jayson Tatum

After upsetting the first-seeded Milwaukee Bucks, the Miami Heat are now looking to overcome the Boston Celtics and make the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014.

While they were able to held their own against the reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Heat now have to worry about Jayson Tatum who just came off averaging 24.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game against the defending NBA champions.

Goran Dragic now shared how the Heat measure up against the Celtics that feature Tatum in comparison to the Bucks who have one of the most dominant two-way players in the league in Antetokounmpo.

Per Jay King of the Athletic:

“I still think Giannis doesn’t have so much help”. The 6’3” player further added, “Tatum, if you look, he’s got around (him) Kemba [Walker] and [Jaylen] Brown. He’s the leader of that team, no doubt. We need to prepare for him, but we cannot just throw out the whole defense at him and forget about other guys.”

While Tatum dropped 30 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists in the first game of their series last night, the Heat were able to beat the Celtics in a closely fought overtime win. But it sure looks like they’ll have to proof being able to defend Tatum the Celtics more than just 4 times in this series.
