Hakeem Olajuwon’s Take On LeBron Vs Jordan GOAT Debate: “Jordan Is A Far Superior Player”

The talks surrounding LeBron James and Michael Jordan have gotten louder this year, following the premiere of ESPN’s 10-part series ‘The Last Dance’, and LeBron’s incredible playoff run to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to win their 17th championship in the NBA.

LeBron has made his intention of chasing the ghost in Chicago clear before, and he reminded us once again that he just keeps moving forward to get there – his fourth ring and fourth Finals MVP as an evidence to his statement.

But while the majority thinks the Los Angeles Lakers superstar is now a step closer to Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon thinks it’s not even a fair comparison, since he believes Jordan is the far superior player.

Per CNBC, via Will Starjacki of Basketball Network:

“When people start comparing him with Jordan, then that’s not a fair comparison. Jordan was a far more superior player in a very tough league, and he was very creative. That’s not taking away anything from LeBron because he is a great player, but it is not a fair comparison because Jordan is a far superior player.”
