Isiah Thomas Rips Draymond Green After Lackluster Performance In Game 3: “Grade School Game”

After a massive performance in Game 2, the Golden State Warriors came out flat Wednesday night, falling short against the Boston Celtics 116-100 in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. They now trail 2-1 in the series.

Draymond Green, visibly the loudest player in the series, struggled badly and ended Wednesday’s Game 3 with just 2 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists on 25.0% shooting from the field while fouling out in the fourth quarter of the contest.

Green came under immense criticism after the game, and NBA Hall of Famer and now-NBA analyst Isiah Thomas was one person who didn’t waste a second ripping into the three-time NBA champion for his lackluster performance.

“Where you play 34 minutes, you have 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 points. Draymond Green does that in a grade school game, not in the NBA Finals… He has lost focus in terms of concentrating on beating the opponent.”
