After the Philadelphia 76ers disappointedly exited the NBA playoffs, the rumor mill surrounding current Sixers star James Harden has been roaring at full speed.

Harden will hit the open market this offseason as he intends to secure a new long-term deal. While re-signing with the Sixers is still a possibility, much of the rumors suggest that the 33-year old offensive guard could make his return to the Houston Rockets.

Houston is currently flush with young players, and one of those is former No.2 overall pick is Jalen Green. Weighing on the Harden-Rockets rumors, Green now talked to Paul George on “Podcast P” and shared that Harden’s return could help and hurt at the same time.

Paul George: “And you bring someone like James who’s such a ball-dominant player, that’s gonna hinder your growth a little bit. Regardless of how it can elevate you on another level of him teaching you, and you learning off of him, I feel like, for you, you have already been through the fire, so let you continue to learn, you know what I mean?”

Jalen Green: “I think it could play both ways. It could help and hurt at the same time. I haven’t really talked to (James) too much about the rumors.”
