Jalen Rose Calls Out Warriors For Leaving Kevin Durant Out Of 2010s Tribute Video

After being named Sports Business Journal’s ‘Franchise of the Decade’, the Warriors put together a little tribute slideshow for their social media channels. The slideshow included various images from the 2010s in chronological order.

As you can imagine there were plenty of pictures of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Steve Kerr and Andre Iguodala, four of the Hampton 5. The Warriors also included pictures of Jarrett Jack, Monta Ellis and even this year’s rookie Eric Paschall.

All of them were included, but Kevin Durant. Yep, that’s right, the Warriors threw some major shade at their two-time finals MVP and didn’t include them in their 2010s tribute.

On ESPN’s Jalen & Jacoby, Jalen Rose now vented against the Warriors and called them out for not including KD.

“This is straight shade, but it’s a two-way street because while Kevin Durant has been doing a lot of talking about his time with the Warriors, the Warriors hadn’t been doing much talking.

But now they about that action and this is a perfect example of that. You don’t just ignore a guy who won a Finals MVP back-to-back and two championships. That was done on purpose.”
