James Harden Searched By Police For Alleged Cannabis Possession In Paris

Brooklyn Nets shooting guard James Harden is currently in France to attend the annual Paris Fashion Week event. The NBA star has been photographed, spending time with and American rapper and close friend Lil Baby, who’s also taking part in the said event. 

On Thursday afternoon, the two personalities were searched by police for alleged cannabis possession. The incident took place on Avenue Montaigne when a car containing Lil Baby and two others was stopped after police smelled cannabis. Harden was not in the car, but was still caught up in the situation after the 31-year old Nets guard reportedly tried to intervene. 

Reports say the police found 20 grams of cannabis in Lil Baby’s car that led to the rapper’s arrest. Harden, on the other hand, was only patted down and was never taken into custody.
