Jimmy Butler Has Eliminated Celtics Coach Joe Mazzulla In A Do-Or-Die Game Before
After eliminating the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs, the Miami Heat are currently also stumping the other East-favorite, the Boston Celtics, in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Heat are on the verge of reaching the 2023 NBA Finals, leading the series three games to none, not least due to incredible performances by Jimmy Butler.
Butler has not only been outperforming the Celtics the entire series, but also trolled plenty along the way – just ask Grant Williams and Al Horford.
What many don’t know is that this would not be the first time Jimmy Butler is eliminating Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla. Heat insider Jeremy Taché brought back into mind, how in 2011 when Mazzulla was a senior, his West Virginia Mountaineers faced off against the Marquette in the Big East Conference tournament. Butler and Marquette won the game and advanced to the next round.
