Kevin Durant Is Selling His Unreal Oceanfront Malibu Home; Have A Look Inside

No, this is not a ‘look, that’s a sign that KD is leaving California for New York’, but rather a ‘look at how amazing this house is, I wish I was rich enough to buy it’ post.

Well, for whatever reason Kevin Durant is selling his oceanfront home in Malibu, California for about $13.5 million.

Durant purchased the home about a year ago for just over $12 million, so he may be making some profit off the potential sale.

It is a fully automated smart home, that includes a movie theater, a huge gym and an elevator that spreads across 5,136 square-foot, directly located at the ocean front. Take a look inside.
