Not every basketball fan and pundit alike keeps up with high school basketball, but most of them has definitely heard about Bronny James and his journey to make it to the NBA.

Bronny draws a ton of hype and popularity given the fact that his father is four-time NBA champion LeBron James. However, make no mistake that Bronny’s recent improvement is also one thing that has helped him to stay firm on many NBA radars.

Bronny is already one of the top players in his recruiting class and is expected to become eligible for the 2024 NBA draft.

Now, two-time NBA champion Kevin Durant took note of the young athlete’s progression and made it clear that he wants to be invested in Bronny’s journey as he takes on college and the NBA.

“I’ve seen Bronny laying the ball up a couple years ago. Now I see him taking off everywhere. His body developed. I feel like we’ve been watching him since he was two, three years old, you know what I’m saying? So to see where he is now, I’m rooting for him. Hopefully he gets to play with Bron at some point.”

“I would love to see Bronny in college instead of going the other route. … [USC] is what my guess was …”
