The Milwaukee Bucks are enjoying incredible productions from Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday this season. Both players have been impactful enough to elevate the Bucks to the top of the league with NBA’s best record of 51-20.

Antetokounmpo has been a stat sheet stuffer as usual, averaging 31.3 points, 11.9 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game on 54.6% shooting from the field. When you need a player to put up MVP-type numbers, few players in the league do so better than him.

Holiday, on the other hand, has become the perfect complimentary piece in Milwaukee. He frustrates his opponents with his elite defense and is good enough to attract enough coverage on the other end. This season, the two-way guard is averaging 19.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game on 47.1% shooting from the field.

Talking about the two Bucks players, Boston Celtics icon Kevin Garnett now dropped a seriously wild hot take when appearing on “KG Certified” on SHOWTIME Basketball. According to Garnett, Holiday has topped Antetokounmpo as the team’s best player so far this season.

“You watching Jrue Holiday? You’re watching Jrue Holiday picking up De’Aaron Fox? He’ll take the big three, come down, and get the strip… he’s the Bucks’ best player right now. Jrue Holiday is f*cking leading the pack when it comes to the Bucks. [Giannis] has been out a couple of games. For the second half of the season, he’s been their best player to me.”
