Knicks Coach David Fizdale Says Fortnite Is A Tougher Opponent Than The Celtics

The NBA has an extremly busy schedule. Players have to play 3-4 times week and the schedule includes a lot of air travel. Resting, sleeping and recovering are therefore part of the players’ routines after games. Good sleep is key to bring one’s best game to the hardwood every single week of the season.

Teams know about the importance of sleep and are working with sleep scientists and psychologists to get the best out of their players.

In an interview with The Athletic, Knicks head coach David Fizdale now talked about his biggest competitor right now [when it comes to players’ sleep] and said that Fortnite is tougher than the Boston Celtics.

“‘Fortnite,’ that’s my competitor right now,” Fizdale said. “‘Fortnite’ is tougher than the Boston Celtics.”

“‘Fortnite’ is undefeated.”
