Knicks GM Steve Mills Laughing At Melo’s 2am Workout Video

The Knicks just won’t stop embarrassing themselves.

We don’t know if Carmelo Anthony will be a Knicks, Rockets or Cavaliers player once the new season starts, but no matter where he will end up, he will be ready. Anthony is already training hard, even having work out sessions in the middle of the night. This video shows us some of his 2am workout.

New York Knicks General Manager Steve Mills, who currently is in Orlando to evaluate his summer league team, was caught on NBA TV cameras, watching the video of Carmelo Anthony working out, and having a laugh about it.

It’s hard to verify it for certain, but if you ask me, the two videos match up.
