Kyrie Irving Talks About Fall Out With His “Friend” James Harden For The First Time

James Harden and Kyrie Irving haven’t said much publicly regarding their relationship and situation as teammates in Brooklyn, but it appeared that the two players didn’t have much of a fruitful connection at all based off recent reports.

After earlier reports suggested that Harden had grown frustrated with Irving’s part-time status with the Nets, a recurring theme has now surfaced that depicted Harden’s annoyance with his former Nets teammate.

According to Joe Vardon of the Athletic, the two players once shared a weird vibe after Harden watched Irving perform his sage-burning pre-game ritual inside their locker room during their match against Cleveland last month.

Now, Kyrie Irving spoke about the fall out with James Harden in Brooklyn for the first time since the trade. While giving his best to James Harden, he revealed one reason for the rift.

“Everybody has their own visions starting off their careers and ending their careers. If that’s what James wanted then I respect his decision and that’s just what it is. I wish him nothing but peace and love. We have a great friendship, but it didn’t work out.

I wish things could have been communicated better for all of us as men, but hey, no hard feelings here with me or anyone else.”
