LeBron James Considers This Season As One Of The Biggest Challenges Of His NBA Career
The Los Angeles Lakers have been quite a disappointing team to start off their 2021-2022 NBA campaign. The star-studded team has only won 11 games through their first 22 games and are currently the 7th seed in the Western Conference.
While there’s still a lot of optimism for the team to flip a switch eventually, Lakers superstar LeBron James understands the reality that he and the Lakers are facing at this point of the season.
In their last post-game interview, LeBron, who has been part of a number of difficult situations in the NBA, suggests that this season is shaping up as one of the biggest challenges of his NBA career.
“[This season] ranks right at the top of any other challenge I’ve had in my career, which actually brings out the best in me, and I love that,” James said.
“I love trying to figure out how we can be better, get through the mud, get through adversity, and just make it sweeter on the backend. I feel like we haven’t even scratched the surface on what team we can be. We’re gonna continue to get better and better as we continue to learn each other more and more, continuing to work into our system offensively and defensively.”
