LeBron James Replies To A Post Asking If Stephen Curry Would Be Good In Any Era

Stephen Curry is a generational talent and one of the point guards to ever do it, yet some people seem doubtful and still question his capability to hypothetically transcend from other eras of basketball.

So when the question was raised again, LeBron James stood up for the 32-year old Warriors superstar. In an Instagram post by Mars Reel, James answered in a complimentary response, indicating that Curry would be great in any era.

“Two days ago, LeBron said Steph would be “GREAT!!!” in any era of basketball.”

Coming into the league, Curry flew under the radar and was playing behind the shadows of other talented point guards for many years, but in 2015, it finally was his time, and he took the league by storm.

Since 2015, Curry bagged numerous individual and team accomplishments including two MVPs, and three championship rings that he won against James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in years 2015, 2017 and 2018.

For the first time since 2014, Curry and the Warriors won’t be part of the NBA Finals. In addition to losing key player in Andre Iguodala, and Kevin Durant, and a failed D’Angelo Russell experiment, the Warriors had a tough season plagued by injuries to their core of Curry, Thompson and Green.

Meanwhile, James is seeking a return to the NBA Finals. Contrary to the Warriors, James and the Los Angeles Lakers have had a very good year, topping the Western Conference with 49 wins while James makes a strong case to win his fifth MVP of his career.
