LeBron James Says It Pisses Him Off When He’s Not Mentioned Among Best Scorers Of All-Time

LeBron James has always been viewed as a pass-first guy throughout his NBA career. He loves to get his teammates involved and is focused on making the right basketball play. Passing has always been one of his greatest strengths and it’s why he currently stands at seventh spot in the NBA all-time assists leader.

However, like any other all-time great scorer, LeBron can also score in bunches and create looks for himself almost anytime he wants to. Statistically, LeBron is neck and neck in scoring with some of the best scorers the game has ever seen. He averages 27.1 points a game for a career and has already passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most total points in NBA history (playoffs and regular season combined).

LeBron however often gets overlooked as one of the greatest scorers in NBA history despite showcasing his dominance and effectiveness as a scorer in every game and situation. Appearing on Undisputed’s ‘The Shop’, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar now made his feelings clear and said that it pisses him off when he’s not mentioned among the best scorers of all-time.

“The crazy thing is I’m not like a natural scorer,” James said. “I love getting my guys involved, I’ve always been that way. The point of seeing my teammate succeed off my pass. I’ve always been that type of guy. And to sit on top of the food chain in the most points scored in the history of the game is like it’s weird to me. When they talk about the best scorers of all time, they never mention my name. It pisses me off. They don’t ever bring my name to it.”
