LeBron James Talks About How He Tries To Be Patient With Their Roster Amid Season Struggles

The Los Angeles Lakers were held off on Christmas day, losing to the Brooklyn Nets, 115-122. The Lakers entered the game shorthanded, but so did the Nets, who were even missing their best player in Kevin Durant.

Lakers superstar LeBron James did not skip a beat on Saturday, stuffing the stat sheet with 39 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Russell Westbrook, on the other hand, had a bit of letdown game despite recording a triple-double as he only shot 4-20 from the field.

The Lakers are obviously not living up to expectations so far this season. While it’s certainly not a pleasing look for fans, pundits and even players, LeBron James, when discussing the team’s struggles, suggested that he’s trying to be patient with their roster.

“I’m not a very patient person… But without our head coach, just getting guys back, still missing a few, I just try to stay even-keeled… No one is going to feel sorry for us.”
