LeBron James To Richard Jefferson: “ESPN Can’t Fire You, Cause We’re Friends.”

The other day, LeBron James made an appearance on his friends, Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye’s ‘Road Trippin’ podcast, that is featured on James’ sports media company UNINTERRUPTED.

During the podcast recording, the topic of ESPN’s Michael Jordan documentary, ‘The Last Dance’ came up.

Everybody basically agreed that ESPN should release the documentary now, with many people sitting at home due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Jefferson was jokingly hesitant, fearing repercussions from his employer, but LeBron stilled his fears:

Richard Jefferson: “ESPN, I know I don’t wanna get fired, but release that shit.”

LeBron James: “ESPN can’t fire you. You’re my friend.”
