Malik Beasley’s Wife Reveals Malik Has Only Paid $800 To Care For Their Son, After Leaving Them For Larsa Pippen

A couple of weeks ago, a photo of Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife, Larsa, and Timberwolves guard Malik Beasley went viral.

While Larsa is in the middle of her divorce with Scottie, Beasley is actually married, and his wife was well unaware of his actions until she saw photos surfaced on the internet.

After a second woman shared pictures and direct messages to expose Beasley and reveal that he’s cheated before, his wife went on to retain a lawyer and field for divorce, which led to Beasley himself kicking his wife and child out of their home.

Montana Yao, Beasley’s wife, now is firing back at Beasley, after his attorney said that ‘Malik was looking to put this matter behind him’, claiming that he has only contributed $800 toward the care of their son, despite making $15,000,000 per year in the NBA.

Per US Weekly:

“The assessment of Mr. Beasley’s attorney was correct when he stated that Mr. Beasley just wanted to put this whole situation ‘behind him.’ That assessment, however, omits the fact that Mr. Beasley forgot to inform Montana Yao, his long-time partner and wife, of his plans to leave his family ‘behind,’” the model’s lawyers, Paul Applebaum and Alan Eidsness, said in a statement to Us on Friday, January 22. “Instead, he put Montana and their young son out of the family home while he stayed behind to live there with friends.”

“Mr. Beasley has only contributed $800 toward the care of their son, despite making $15,000,000 per year in the NBA,” Yao’s lawyers claimed. “Montana was a successful model before she met Mr. Beasley, but gave it up to focus on starting a family with him. She and her son are now forced to stay with relatives until she can restart her career.”
