NBA Agent Believes Victor Wembanyama Will Become The Greatest Player Of All-Time If He Stays Healthy

It’s not even mid-way through the season, but the hype is already skipping a lot of rookies this season and going straight toward the projected No.1 overall pick Victor Wembanyama. The French standout has been at the top of the NBA radar and is greatly talked about as a can’t-miss prospect in the NBA.

Wembanyama has wowed fans due to his unique combination of size, athleticism and skill. He can push the ball up the court seamlessly, can shoot the ball beyond three-point line and can protect the rim on the other end while towering over anyone with his 7-foot-4 height and 8-foot wingspan.

Given his unique talent and potential, there’s a massive contingent of fans saying that the young Frenchman is on path to become an NBA all-time great. One NBA agent though took this to the extreme and told that Wembanyama will be the greatest player ever if he stays healthy for the rest of his career.

Per Forbes:

“If he’s not hurt, he’ll be the greatest player ever,” the agent told Forbes. “He’s the best player in the league and the level of players he’s playing against are the best players in the Pac-12, the best college players, borderline NBA guys — and he’s dominating,” the agent said. “Dominating.”

“And Bol Bol [at 19], he wasn’t even dominating the Pac-12. Wembanyama’s physicality, I think people underestimate because he’s so thin. He’s a physically strong dude… When everything opens in the NBA, he’s going to be unstoppable, totally unstoppable,” said the agent.
