NBA World Responds With Prayers To Nerlens Noel After His Horrific Fall

This was a tough one.

During last night’s game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Oklahoma City Thunder, Nerlens Noel attempted to block Andrew Wiggins’ dunk attempt. As they both were in mid-air, Wiggins inadvertently elbowed Noel in the face, dazing him, before his head slammed against the floor really, really hard.

Noel was stretchered off the floor and immediately taken to a hospital. As of now, there aren’t any updates on Noel and the severity of his injury.

Fans and players responded with prayers for the big man, who will hopefully recover from this horrible fall.

The fact there's been no report on Nerlens Noel's condition outside of the fact he's hospitalized usually is a bad sign in these cases of major injury. Was much the same with Shazier, for example. Hopefully he's well.
