Nick Young’s Dream Is Why The Warriors Became The 2018 NBA Champion

Nick Young may have only played limited minutes in these past playoffs, but it turns out he was one of the key parts in the team’s success.

You see, before Game 6 in the Western Conference Finals against the Rockets, Dennis Rodman appeared in Young’s dream and told him to play some defense, which he did. The Warriors won this do-or-die game and every other game they played after it. As we know now, this was the turning point for the Warriors. You can say that Nick Young’s dream made the Championship possible. Before the dream, the Warriors were trailing the Rockets three games to two. Then the dream happened and the Dubs went on to win 6 straight games and the title.

“Dennis Rodman came in my dream last night. I was wondering why he came in my dream. He had the purple hair, all kinds of stuff. But he told me ‘tomorrow, you’re going to play a little defense’. I was like ‘nah, that’s not my game, Dennis Rodman, why are you getting in my dream?’. But it still happened and I played a little defense.”
