Ray Allen Reveals LeBron Still Calls Him Just To Thank Him For His Three In Game 6 Of The 2013 Finals

“Rebound Bosh… back out to Allen… his 3-pointer… BAAAAAAAAAAANG!”

Ray Allen’s three pointer in Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals is one of the greatest and most memorable shots in NBA history.

The Finals were basically lost, but the three tied the game and sent it to overtime, allowing the Miami Heat to come back and eventually win the championship.

Allen told Macklin Stern of CBS Sports that both LeBron James and Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra still occasionally call him simply to thank him for this infamous shot.
