San Antonio Spurs Fans Erupted After Winning The Victor Wembanyama Sweepstakes

The San Antonio Spurs struck gold!
French unicorn Victor Wembanyama is going to be a member of 2023’s NBA draft class, and the Spurs received the number one overall pick in yesterday’s NBA Draft Lottery.
At 7’4″ and blessed with athleticism that belies his height, Wembanyama could turn the drifting team into a contender in his rookie season.
Wembanyama has been at the top of the NBA radar and has wowed fans due to his unique combination of size, athleticism and skill. He can push the ball up the court seamlessly, can shoot the ball beyond three-point line and can protect the rim on the other end while towering over anyone with his 7-foot-4 height and 8-foot wingspan.
Due to him jumping out as a can’t-miss generational talent, the anticipation of this year’s Draft Lottery hasn’t been much higher ever before. Before the Spurs envelope became the winning one, the Roo Pub, a Spurs fan pub in San Antonio promised it would cover all tabs if the Spurs won the lottery. As you can imagine all hell broke lose when it actually happened. Free drinks and Wemby? What a night.
