Stephen A. Smith Thinks Kawhi Leonard Is One Of The Worst Superstars In NBA History Amid Injury Concerns

After missing Games 3 and 4 with a sprained knee, Kawhi Leonard still has no official timetable for a return to the lineup in the Los Angeles Clippers’ first-round playoff matchup against the Phoenix Suns.
Leonard averaged 34.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game on 54.5% shooting from the field in the first two games of the series. Needless to say, his absence is a huge blow to the Clippers, who were already without Paul George and are currently trailing 3-1 against a star-studded Suns team.
Leonard’s lack of availability has been a massive talking point over the years. Now sharing his thoughts on the matter, NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith thinks that the injury-prone Clippers forward should be regarded as one of the worst superstars in the history of the NBA.
“Kawhi Leonard should be on the list of one of the worst superstars this game has ever seen.”
“Anybody that watches basketball obviously knows I am not talking about his skills. We know that as a talent, he is a superstar, one who shows up when he plays, performs in the postseason arguably better than he performs in the regular season.”
“But when you talk about a superstar who is unreliable, I want somebody to point me out somebody more flagrant than him.”
