Stephen Curry On What Kobe Bryant Meant To Him

Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna were among the nine people on board the helicopter that crashed and left no survivors in Calabasas, California on Sunday, January 26.

Last night, the Golden State Warriors played their first home game since the tragedy, gave away tribute shirts to their home crowd, and showed a touching tribute in honor of Kobe and Gigi.

The Warriors’ injured superstar, Stephen Curry, who will make his comeback during the first week of March, shared what Bryant meant to him and how the he inspired him to play in the NBA. 

“Watching him play inspired me. It was a dream come true to get to the league and play against him.”
