Stephen Curry Reveals Personal Goal Before Retirement

Stephen Curry not only is a generational talent and one of the point guards to ever play, he’s also the best shooter in league history.

More so, Curry has changed and revolutionized the game, and the approach of young players in general.

Stephen Curry is a six-time NBA All-Star, a member of six All-NBA teams, he has been the league’s MVP twice and on top of all, a three-time NBA champion.

Speaking to reporters in a Zoom conference call, after the first day of Warriors training camp yesterday, Curry revealed one of the goals he still has in his impressive career – he wants to play in the NBA until he approaches his 40th birthday.

“That was always the goal. Now it’s just more so listen to your body. Who knows. You can’t predict the future. I’ve always said I want to play as long as I can play at the level I want to be at and hopefully you can be in that position where you end it on your own terms. Whatever that means, hopefully that is closer to 40.”
