Yesterday, we reported about how DeMar DeRozan’s daughter, Diar, had begged her father to be at the Chicago Bulls’ Play-In game in Toronto.

Surprisingly to everyone, including DeMar, we soon found out why she desperately wanted to be there. Whenever the Raptors were at the free throw line, Diar screamed at the top of her lungs to distract Toronto players. In fact, her screams were so audible, the broadcast and fans around the world took notice of it.

Oh and it was super successful, as the Raptors went on to miss 18 of their 36 free throws!

After the game, DeMar revealed that his daughter begged him again to join him on the Bulls’ trip to Miami, the All-Star however had to decline, because Diar has school that she needs to be attending.

While the Chicago Bulls have already asked for her to be excused today, United Airlines has offered to fly her to Miami for tonight’s big game. As you know, the Bulls play their home games in United Center, with the airline also having its headquarters in Chicago. Nonetheless, pretty great marketing.
