Vanessa Bryant Shares Her Thoughts & Emotions After Kobe’s Hall of Fame Announcement

The other day, the NBA officially announced that Kobe Bryant will be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. While there never was any doubt that he will be a first ballot Hall of Famer, it still feels good to now know for certain.

After the news broke, Kobe’s wife, Vanessa, and their daughter, Natalia, joined ESPN and shared their emotions after hearing about Bryant being inducted into the Hall of Fame, and they were extremely proud of him:

“It’s an incredible accomplishment and honor and we’re extremely proud of him. Obviously, we wish that he was here with us to celebrate. But it’s definitely the peak of his NBA career and every accomplishment that he had as an athlete was a stepping stone to be here. So we’re incredibly proud of him.”
