When Tyler Herro Ended Kentucky Wildcats Practice Early By Shooting The Lights Out

Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro is quickly becoming a fan favorite among NBA fans, and rightfully so.

Herro has been making headlines all season long, and has put his name in the league’s history books by scoring 37 points against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Coference Finals, becoming the record holder for most points scored ever by a rookie in a Conference Finals game.

This epic performance led to Herro having the highest-selling jersey in the league for a while. 

But long before Herro was turning heads in the NBA, he was a lethal shooter already.

In 2018, when he still was in college playing for Kentucky, Wildcats coach John Calipari told Herro that if he made six threes in a row, he’d end practice early. ⁣⁣
